 Twenty-six years ago, Pool & Patio was an unknown. Now, Pool & Patio is well known. But, we are not know for slip shod work, forgetting our customers, using inadequate equipment or lesser construction quality. We are known for having the "best" reputation in the industry with the highest quality. We are also known well because we are a "female" owned business. After the first 25 years, we think Nancy Sexton knows what the devil she is doing. Otherwise, she wouldn't be here. We take pride in creating as maintenance free an environment as is possible in the pool industry. "Who has the time to maintain a pool?" It must be totally safe, secure and high quailty in order to carry the Pool & Patio name. The cost effectiveness of pools today is also of utmost importance to the Pool & Patio family. We have available the mineral system, salt

system, computers, quietest motors and economical filters. It takes quality and care by the builder to present the proper building schematic, such as using 1/2" steel throughout the entire pool, 9" gunite floors and 8" gunite walls. Our plumbing is also maxed to move as much water as possible to eliminate elongated periods of pump running time. Our equipment is the best in the industry. Our motto is: "Second to none."

Pool & Patio refuses to short change folks. We always give our best to give the customer the most for their money. And as a female in the industry, we are always investigating ways to improve upon ourselves. We are proud to say we strive to be the best, most honest and fair company when it coes to building a pool.

Our options on pools are no different than other builders. The only thing which differentiates us from others is the quality behind the options, as well as the pool. "I am not the least expensive, nor the most expensive builder," says Nancy. "But I am the best builder. I have champagne spas, which have become more appealing every year. I am the only builder who provides my exclusively designed spas. I am also the only builder who provides deep heat lines into the pool with every spa, at no additional cost to the customers."

We welcome everyone to come by and see our displays at 2026 S.E. 14th Street, Grand Prairie, Texas. We are on the far east side of Grand Prairie, South of Marshall, North of HWY 303 (Kiest on the Dallas side). We are open from Monday - Friday 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. We are open Saturdays during winter until 12 P.M. and during summer until 4 P.M. We work all other hours by appointment only.
